an evoo will get the Sabina PDO certification, 

only if its get the approval by

Agroqualità, the inspection body authorized by

Italian Ministry for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies and Tourism,

that issues the certification.

 

The Sabina Pdo certification implies

a series of strict controls and constraints

about the origin, the production process, the transformation and

bottling process, moreover on the final product.

According to the European Union, therefore,

oil with this certification,

is guaranteed by AgroQualità and the Sabina DOP Consortium,

that deals with

supervision, valorisation and protection of the Sabina DOP Oil.
