 Entering our company means taking a journey through four centuries of history, following in the footsteps of the Petrucci family and their dedication to producing extra virgin olive oil and protecting the entire Sabina DOP area. A family member will accompany you on a journey that combines history and technical expertise.
 The highlight of the experience is the olfactory and sensorial immersion at the OIL BAR.
 The “LISCIO” visit lasts approximately 45 minutes.
 Starting at the mill, we'll explore together all the stages of oil production, with exclusive access to reserved areas of the processing area. We'll continue on to storage,
 where production specifications and certifications will be explained. The visit continues with a professional guided tasting of two or three of our own oils and olives.
