 An oil with distinctive characteristics that enhance the territoriality of the centuries-old varieties that compose it.

 Produced exclusively on our "Colletti" parcel from centuries-old olive trees between 300 and 800 years old, which each year give us an incredible and unique harvest.

 The panel test awarded it a fruity note of 6 (medium-intense) with hints of artichoke, thistle, cicoria and fresh grass, aromatic herbs mainly oregano, bitterness 4 and spicy 6, balanced, complex in the retronasal part.
